That is an old thread, however I used to be looking for if anyone had intel on the Mario Valentino brand and how within the heck they are not being sued by other designers. These bags drive me crazy to be trustworthy. They’re copying the Gucci Soho bag, the Celine Phantom, Celine mini belt bag, Chanel boy bag…even the GIvenchy Antigona. Not to say, their symbol is almost precisely like Valentino Garavani’s with a V and a circle. They appear and feel low-cost, and are so not value the worth tags.

I see an increasing number of of those luggage popping up on my IG feed, and the bloggers that use it are tagging Valentino Garavani…individuals severely suppose it’s the same model! I see it on Poshmark too, and folks assume they’re getting the other Valentino bags. I’m simply flabbergasted that Neimans and different department stores are selling these luggage. WHYYYY?!

Sorry, I just needed to rant because I am utterly in awe, and I don’t understand in any respect.

    Valentino Rockstud Sneakers to broaden…

Those "knock off" bags are actually annoying. They do feel very cheap. I don’t even assume I’ll purchase one even if I find them for a penny at Nordstrom Rack. Individuals really suppose they are the Valentino, and are shopping for them up…

Valentino in Valentino Garavani is his first name, so they can not sue for the identify. Possibly
valentino rock studded pumps can sue for commerce mark infringement since their emblem was literally copied. Individuals behind Mario Valentino in all probability thought this through, and made the two logos simply totally different sufficient.

So far as copying different brand goes… many brands end up making "knock offs" of trendy gadgets. Brands like Steve Madden, Zara, or Michael Kors are all the time blatantly "borrowing" from other brands.

I really love the precise Valentino model. Actually hope Mario might be stopped one way or the other.
